In August 2002, the Lord moved on Pastor Omar's heart to start a bible study. The Lord revealed that the city of Lafayette was hard ground, but nonetheless fertile ground.

Business Expo 2015
We would like to thank every business along with all individuals that participated in our business expo. There were over 40 businesses in attendance with over a thousand spectators. Each business got an opportunity to display their business and show what God has blessed them with. Because of the Arimathea Business Expo people have already begun to be blessed by being able to connect with Christian Business owners and Christian Business Owners have been able to connect and increase their business. We look forward to ever more success next year for the second annual Arimathea Business Expo.

DESCRIPTION OF MINISTRY
The Arimathea ministry was launched to allow Christian business owners and entrepreneurs to connect. When we come together in unity we can build up the house hold of faith by offering and providing services to the body of Christ.
